- Creating the human resuorces of the administrative and academic units of the central organization of our university and providing and updating the personnel structure in the titles needed,

- To ensure that services are implemented in a healthy and expeditious manner in accordance with the principles set out in laws, regulations, by-laws, regulations and decisions,

- To ensure that the services are carried out in the best way within the possibilities of our Presidency,

- Strengthening communication between units,

- Increasing the effectiveness of the human resuorces in the information system,

- To enable the transfer of information over the internet, thereby reducing time, telephone charges, stationery costs, etc,

- To reveal its duty in the formation of the academic and administrative structure of our university in the best way possible,

- It is planned to conduct the Promotion and Title Change Examination for the Administrative Human Resuorces of our University in a fair manner, to improve their personal rights and to increase their motivation to work.
